Your order is complete when we have dispatched your order. We will not have any direct control over its mailing process and cannot accept any responsibility for your order arriving later than anticipated. In the rare occurrence that your order is damaged or lost in the mailing process, we will take each case into deliberation and proceed further with investigation.

We put in the extra effort to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. Due to studio lighting, colours may appear to be slightly different. Please note that colours may also appear differently due to the calibration of your computer monitor.
