Follow our simple instructions to get the most wear out of your pieces.
925 STERLING SILVER
- Always keep your pieces away from perfumes, lotions and other chemicals.
- Remove when exercising, washing hands, swimming or doing anything that involves moisture.
- Avoid contact with hard surfaces, store in a secure pouch or box and keep it away from heat or sunlight.
- We recommend cleaning your silver by simply polishing it with a dry cotton cloth after each wear before storing it. Don’t use metal liquid cleansers.
Sterling silver can slowly tarnish over the years. It reacts to moisture and chemicals in the air in the same way it can react to perfumes and lotions on our skin. It is a completely normal and natural reaction. Silver jewelry remains at its shiny best when worn daily!
GOLD PLATED
- Always keep your pieces away from perfumes, lotions and other chemicals.
- Remove when exercising, washing hands, swimming or doing anything that involves moisture.
- Avoid contact with hard surfaces, store in a secure pouch or box and keep it away from heat or sunlight.
- Use a cleaning solution, warm water and a soft cloth to clean them. Do not apply a lot of pressure when rubbing and make sure they are completely dry. We don’t recommend microfiber or cotton cloth on gold plated jewelry as this might strip away the plating.Â
Our gold plated products are made by plating 14k and 18k gold on sterling silver or stainless steel. They require extra care because the gold layer might slowly tarnish over the years and the metal underneath can be exposed. This is a natural process of a plated item and is not a product defect.Â
